Located in the heart of Le Mans, at only 50 meters from the Cathedral and the Ja-cobins‘ square, this house enjoys a unique position for its size. The circuit is at only 8km from the property.

From the house you can admire the stunning view of the Le Mans cathedral, furthermore the guests can watch the drivers’ parade up close.

This property has a garden and a terrace where people can relax after a day at the race-track.
In the house you will find 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. All the rooms and the house combine a modern design with older features as well that preserve the original style.
Art remains a characteristic feature of this property, as the name of the house, the writers’ house, indicates.

The building has a breathtaking view of the park and has a majestic architecture. Inside, you will enjoy vast rooms with decor inspired by the Italian Renaissance.
